Carl Novara built TitlePro with one goal in mind, to help title companies strengthen their relationships, grow their partner base, and simplify business development through automation and smart marketing systems.
He didn’t come from the tech world. He came from your world.
Carl began his career as a mortgage lender during the refinance boom of the early 2000s, later becoming an insurance agency owner for more than 20 years. Since 2013, he’s also held his real estate license, giving him a complete, inside-out view of how title companies fit into every transaction. For the past decade, he’s been an active member of his local Home Builders Association, building relationships and collaborating with builders, lenders, and real estate industry professionals who work directly alongside title teams every day.
In addition to his industry experience, Carl has spent the past three years teaching continuing education (CE) classes to real estate agents across multiple topics. Through these sessions, he’s helped hundreds of professionals better understand marketing, automation, and communication, the very areas where title companies can make the biggest impact.
